Marketing Liaison will provide guidance and technical assistance to farmers regarding wholesale pricing, packaging, quality standards for shipments, chef's expectations, etc.
Farm to Chef Express will provide at least weekly web-based and/or faxed transmittals to chefs of farm-specific products available for sale.
Farm to Chef Express will provide printed packing slips specific to each restaurant and each farm to both the customer and farmer.
Marketing Liaison will provide assistance with billing issues between chefs and farmers.
Farm to Chef Express will provide cost subsidized product transportation to NYC chefs.
Marketing liaison will work with farmers and transporters to minimize transportation inconvenience.
Each farm will be featured on an individual farm page on Farm to Chef Express website.
Marketing Liaison will provide or help access technical assistance and marketing guidance for development of website information/advertising, etc.
Marketing Liaison will be available for a wide range of support to producers around project activities.
