About Farm to Chef, Inc.
Farm
to Chef Express is a program of Cornell Cooperative Extension
funded by a grant from the New York State Department of Agriculture
& Markets. It was begun in 2004 by a group of farmers wanting
to reach out to the chefs of New York City restaurants.
The advisory board is made up of farmers and professionals
in the food and agricultural industry:
Mary Cleaver, Peter Hoffman, Donna Murray, Nina Planck, Paula
Schafer and Jennifer Small
The Farmer Steering Committee is made up of farmers and our
driver participating in FCX:
Kevin Bowman, Alan and Nancy Brown, Glen Rowse, Art Place,
Lisa Saunders, Remus Preda, and Mike Yezzi
